The SDR-AX is the Add-A-Dog receiver collar for SportDOG’s larger 1000-series systems. If you own a SportHunter 1225X, SportHunter 1825X, or SportTrainer 1275, this is the correct add-on collar. It pairs directly to your existing transmitter in minutes and gives you independent control of each dog from the same handheld. Also works as a direct replacement if your original collar receiver is lost or damaged.
DryTek waterproofing makes it submersible to 25 feet. The larger 1000-series battery delivers 140–160 hours per charge — significantly longer runtime than the 400/800-series collars — with a 2-hour charge time.

Have a FieldTrainer 425X, SportHunter 825X, or SportTrainer 875? Those systems use the SDR-AXF instead. The SDR-AX and SDR-AXF are not interchangeable.
