Track your dogs from the truck — magnetic mount antenna for Garmin Alpha and Astro
When you’re driving between covers or running a road while dogs are working, this antenna lets you keep tracking without holding the handheld up to a window. The magnetic base mounts to your vehicle roof or hood — at least 3 feet from other transmitting antennas for best results — and the 11.5 ft. coaxial cable runs inside the cab to your handheld. The 16” antenna sits above the roofline and picks up signal well in most terrain conditions.
Compatible with the full Garmin Alpha lineup through the 300i, as well as Astro 220, 320, and 430, and PRO 550 Plus. Connects via SMA to replace the standard antenna on the handheld. When you park and head afield on foot, unplug the cable and the handheld goes back to its own antenna.
