Ordering

  • Ordering Online
    Rest assured that when you order online from Sporting Dog Pro, your shopping experience will be simple, safe, and secure. We value you as a customer and a fellow hunting dog enthusiast, and have created this store with you in mind. You will need to create an account with us in order to make online purchases.

  • Payment Methods
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. We DO NOT accept personal checks or money orders. All exchange currencies must be in U.S. Dollars.

  • Sales Tax
    If your order is shipped to a destination within the state of North Carolina, state law requires that sales tax be added to the purchase price, not including any shipping charges. Orders shipped to North Carolina are subject to a 7.25% state sales tax. We do not collect tax for orders shipped outside of North Carolina.

  • U.S. Sales Only
    We do not conduct business outside of the United States. US customers only. We do not ship to mail forwarding services.

  • Our pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • Confirmation of Orders
    From time to time, and with certain orders, we will need to contact you to confirm your order details, delivery information, and/or payment information before we are able to ship your order to you. Failure to contact us and confirm these details within 48 hours will result in your order being canceled without your notification.

Shipping & Delivery

  • FREE GROUND SHIPPING AVAILABLE - on purchases over $125.
    Free FedEx or USPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and the U.S. Territories are excluded from this shipping offer. Certain heavy, bulky, and/or oversized items are also excluded from free shipping.
  • We do not ship internationally.
    Additionally, we do not ship to mail forwarding services.
  • Orders usually ship on the same day.
    Your purchase will ship on the same day if your order is placed before our daily carrier pickup. For orders received after our daily pickup time, or orders received after our regular hours of business, items will ship the next business day.

  • Specialty and Bulky Shipping Policy
    Certain items require special processing for shipping and will ship with our specialty or bulky shipments every Thursday only. These specialty items are labeled as such on their corresponding product page.

  • Expedited Shipping
    When choosing Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day expedited shipping, we try to our best to ensure that your package is shipped out on the same day.

  • Multiple products in the same order
    Multiple items purchased from Sporting Dog Pro may not ship in the same box or arrive on the same day.

  • Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
    At the time of delivery, if a package appears damaged, it should be refused for. Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. If your order has been lost or damaged during shipping, please Contact Us.

Privacy & Security

  • We value and will always protect your privacy and personal information!
    We will never give your private information to third parties. All information collected by Sporting Dog Pro is safe and secure.

  • We may send you e-mail messages related to your transactions with us.
    This allows you to have a record of your purchases with Sporting Dog Pro.

  • Sporting Dog Pro Newsletters and Promotions.
    On occasion, we will e-mail newsletters, promotions, and current product specials to the e-mail that you provide to us upon creating an account. If you ever wish to opt out of these informational e-mails, you may unsubscribe by logging in to your account, and changing the appropriate settings within your My Account page under "E-mail Notifications".

Returns & Replacements

  • 30 Day Return Policy.
    Return any item within 30 days of your purchase invoice date, and we will process your return or exchange, make any necessary adjustments, and/or credit your account. After 30 days the manufacturers' warranty applies. (Does not apply to consumable items such as chargers and batteries.)

    In the case of a return or exchange, you will need to contact our Return Department and provide us with the following information to obtain your RMA number and receive further instructions:

    Purchase Date
    Item description
    Shipping Address
    Tell us how you would like us to handle your return... 
    (for example, credit back your card, exchange, etc.)

  • You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
    For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Explosive or hazardous materials can not be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or any air shipping method. Please use FedEx ground or similar method of shipment for items such as launcher loads, starter pistols, poppers, blanks, or any other item containing gun powder.

  • Product condition.
    All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in their original box, and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

  • No Shipping Refunds
    We do not refund original or returned shipping fees. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Zinger Products.
    All Zinger Winger product returns (including all launchers, dog crates, and blinds) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
