The Winger II G4 is the most popular model in the Zinger Winger lineup. Not the largest, not the smallest, but the one that fits the widest range of training situations and gets bought over and over again by the same trainers. At 13.5 lbs. and 56 inches folded, the Winger II fits along the back seat of most full-size trucks and SUVs, carries into the field without wearing you out, and delivers a duck 60 feet with the high, honest arc your dog needs to develop reliable marking habits. The G4 features heavy-duty hinges, an upgraded wire harness, and the exclusive Sure-Shot™ release mechanism — designed to fire the 209 primer at the exact instant the mark launches. The dog marks to the gun simultaneously with the bird leaving the pouch, exactly as it would a real shot bird. Rolling Release™ pouch bolt eliminates the hangup and misfire issues of older designs. No maintenance required. Adhesive Velcro for mounting the electronics receiver is included, so no drilling required to go remote.

The Winger II fires 209 primers only — there's no .22 or .32 port. For the majority of retriever training at standard hunt test distances, the 209 is plenty. If you're training at field trial distances and need the louder .32 report, step up to the Field Trialer G4 or Hunt Tester G5. If compact storage is the priority over the Winger II, the Mini-Z G4 steps down to 49 inches folded and 12 lbs. The Winger II launches ducks, pheasants, pigeons, Dokkens, bumpers, and live flyers. Multiple settings for adjusting height and distance. An optional carrying case is available.

Remote-ready for Dogtra and Garmin (Tri-Tronics) electronics. Add the Dogtra RR Deluxe or Garmin PRO Control 2 at checkout — full electronics system or receiver only.
